Need to Check if Can't Find Employee in the Admin Portal

If you can't find the employee, most likely the Location and Classification are just newly added or you don't have access for other Location and Classification.

• If you have an access for User Role, check the role permission in Company Access if the Location and Classification of employee is check on your Role. Click here on How to Add and View Role Permission for Location and Classification.
