How to create Group Plotting by Admin and Enroll Employee

  1. Go to Time.
  2. Click Plot Schedule.
  3. Click Group Plotting by Admin.
  4. Click Add Group.
  5. Select company, enter group name and description.
  6. Click check icon.
  7. Click user icon.
  8. Click Update Member/s.
  9. To select employee, click the checkbox.
    • Employee must not in any group and must be in the same payroll period group.
  10. Click Save Changes.
