How to Create an Announcement

  1. Go to Administrator.
  2. Click File Maintenance.
  3. Click Announcement.
  4. Click plus icon, or Add button.
  5. In Announcement Information, enter the details of the announcement such as Title, Date From & To, Details, and Attach File.
  6. In Other Information, check the checkbox of the Company, Department, Section, and Subsection.
  7. Click Save.
