How to Set Static IP Address on your Computer

 

1. Press Windows Key

2. Type "run"

3. Click "run"

4. Type "cmd"

5. OK

6. type ipconfig

7. Get IP Address, Subnet Mask and Default Gateway

8. On the Tray Bar, Click Network Icon

9. Click Network and Internet Settings

10. Scroll Down and Click "Change adapter options

11. Right click "Ethernet"

12. Click "Properties"

13. Select IPV4

14. Click Properties

15. Check Radio Button "Use the following IP Address"

16. Type IP Address (192.168.0.1)

17. Type Subnet Mask(255.255.255.255)

18. Default Gateway(192.168.1.1)

19. Applicable Leave as Blank on "Use the following DNS Server Addresses"

20. Once Done Click "OK"

21. Click "OK"
