How to Setup the Automatic OT Meal Allowance

First Add OT Meal Allowance Table

  1. Go to Payroll.
  2. Click Automatic OT Meal.
  3. Click OT Meal Allowance Table.
  4. Select a Company.
  5. Click plus icon to add an OT meal allowance table.
  6. Enter the following:
    • OT Type, select between Regular Day, Rest Day, Regular Holiday, Special Holiday, Rest Day - Regular Holiday, and Rest Day - Special Holiday.
    • Location, select a location.
    • Classification, select a classification.
    • Employment Type, select a employment type for example Regular, Probationary, etc.
    • Number of Hours or Start & End.
      • If selected the Number of Hours, just enter how many hours to be avail to earn the OT meal allowance.
      • If selected the Start & End, just enter the start of the OT and end of the OT.
    • Amount, enter the amount of the OT meal allowance.
  7. Click the check icon to save.

 

Second Enroll Employee.

  1. Click OT Meal Allowance Enrollment.
  2. Select a Company.
  3. Click plus icon.
  4. Click the check box of the employee you want to enroll.
  5. Click Add Employee(s).
