How to Create User Define Form
- Go to Transaction.
- Click User Define Forms.
- Select Company.
- Click plus icon or Add button.
- Enter the No. of fields for your UDF.
- Click Next.
- Fill out the form:
- Enter the Form Title and Description.
- In Label, enter the name for each Label.
- In Input Type, select between Date picker, Select box, Text area and Text field.
- Date picker - used for selecting dates.
- Select box - used if there's an option need to select.
- Text field - used for short text or message.
- Text area - used for long text or message.
- In No. of Option (for Select box only), just enter how many selection for it.
- In Accept value, select between Alpha numeric only, Letters only, and Numbers only.
- In Max Length, enter how many letters can enter on that field.
- In Not Null, check the checkbox if it's optional. Uncheck the checkbox if it's need to be required.
- Click Save.
