How to Create User Define Form

  1. Go to Transaction.
  2. Click User Define Forms.
  3. Select Company.
  4. Click plus icon or Add button.
  5. Enter the No. of fields for your UDF.
  6. Click Next.
  7. Fill out the form:
    • Enter the Form Title and Description.
    • In Label, enter the name for each Label.
    • In Input Type, select between Date picker, Select box, Text area and Text field.
      •  
      • Date picker - used for selecting dates.
      • Select box - used if there's an option need to select.
      • Text field - used for short text or message.
      • Text area - used for long text or message.
    • In No. of Option (for Select box only), just enter how many selection for it.
    • In Accept value, select between Alpha numeric only, Letters only, and Numbers only.
    • In Max Length, enter how many letters can enter on that field.
    • In Not Null, check the checkbox if it's optional. Uncheck the checkbox if it's need to be required.
  8. Click Save.
