Can't View the Employee's Filed Transaction thru Transaction Management Single

If employee had filed transaction and there's a proof of it but you can't find it in Transaction Management Single, then check the setup of Transaction viewing [based on date filed].

  1. Go to Transaction.
  2. Click Transaction Form Settings.
  3. Click Transaction viewing [based on date filed].
  4. Enter how many days. For example, you enter 365 days then you can view all the filed transaction from now (June 04, 2023) up to June 04, 2022.
  5. Click Save.
