Can't View the Employee's Filed Transaction thru Transaction Management Single
If employee had filed transaction and there's a proof of it but you can't find it in Transaction Management Single, then check the setup of Transaction viewing [based on date filed].
- Go to Transaction.
- Click Transaction Form Settings.
- Click Transaction viewing [based on date filed].
- Enter how many days. For example, you enter 365 days then you can view all the filed transaction from now (June 04, 2023) up to June 04, 2022.
- Click Save.
