How to Create News and Events
- Go to Administrator.
- Click File Maintenance.
- Click News and Events.
- Click plus icon or Add button.
- Fill out:
- Select Company.
- In Event Title and Description, enter the title and description of event.
- In Start Date and End Date, enter the dates for the event.
- In Start Time and End Time, enter time for the event.
- Click Save.
- After adding the event, you will see the created event. Click the pencil icon or Edit button.
- Select the Location that includes in the event. In Connect to DTR, select between No Absent, Late, Undertime, or Overtime so it will reflect on DTR that there will be no Absent, Late, Undertime, or Overtime on the date of the event.
- Click Save.
