  1. Go to Memo(s).
  2. Click User Define Disciplinary Action Memo.
  3. Select Company.
    • Power icon - to Disable (green) and Enable (red).
    • Pencil icon - to Edit the Notication Form name.
    • Trash icon - to Delete the Notification Form.
