How to Manage Trapped Approvers
1. Go to TRANSACTION > PENDING TRANSACTION WITH TRAPPED APPROVER
2. This case works on for those approvers that has setup but they are inactive that this may result to failure to approve the form
3. The Purpose of this feature is to approve the forms that are trapped
