How to View Ticket and Message a Support
Go to https://support.hrweb.ph/.
- Click View existing tickets.
- Enter the Ticket Tracking ID and Email.
- Click View ticket.
- Write Message here and Submit Reply.
- If the concern is already solved and done, click Mark as Resolved.
