  1. Go to My Profile.
  2. Click pencil icon to update personal information.
  3. Enter your changes.
  4. Click Submit.
  5. Click Send 201 Request.
  6. Checked the checkbox you wanted to send for approval.
  7. Click Send Request.

You can check here the status of your request.
