How to Transfer Employee to Another Payroll Period Group

You need to remove employee from previous payroll period group first.

  1. Go to Time.
  2. Click Payroll Period.
  3. Click Manage Payroll Period Employee Groups.
  4. Click folder icon to view employee enrolled on that group.
  5. Click between power icon.
    • Power icon to deactivate
  6. Go to payroll period group that you wanted the employee to be transfer. Click folder icon to view employee enrolled on that group.
  7. Click plus icon or Enroll/Add Employee(s) To This Group.
  8. To select employee, click the checkbox.
  9. Click Add.
